Western Wednesday May

May 25, 2022 Western Wednesday livestream features Bruce Frazier, Arledge Armenaki, and others to talk about their documentary of WCU's history

Most Catamounts know that WCU was established in 1889, and many know its early mission to train teachers to work in western North Carolina. Now, the WCU family can enjoy a condensed version of WCU history in the 22-minute documentary "Bells in the Valley." Originally produced for the university's centennial, the documentary was recently updated to include WCU history from the 21st century. Now, we'll have the chance to hear from the creative forces behind the film and learn the stories behind telling WCU's story.
