Accessibility:

• BAC is accessible to individuals with disabilities. Wheelchair spaces are available in the orchestra and balcony of the performance hall. For special accommodations, please contact Sara Rincon, BAC's Audience Services Manager, at srincon@wcu.edu or 828.227.2508. Please note that Service Animals are welcome at Bardo Arts Center.

Assistive Listening: 

• Assistive listening devices are available at no charge at the box office on a first come, first served basis. Please return the device to the Box Office or to a member of the house staff at the end of the performance.

Noise Cancelling Headphones:

• Noise cancelling devices are available at no charge at the box office on a first come, first served basis. Please return the device to the Box Office or to a member of the house staff at the end of the performance.

Low Vision Seating and Programs:

• Low vision seats are available by request and are available at no addtiional charge. For special accommodations, please contact Sara Rincon, BAC's Audience Services Manager, at srincon@wcu.edu or 828.227.2508.
• Bardo Arts Center prints large print programs and these are available on a first come, first served basis. Please locate these programs at Will Call across from the Box Office before performances. 

Booster Seats:

• Booster seats are available at no charge at the box office on a first come, first served basis. Please return the seats to the booster seat storage area at the stairwell closest to the Box Office or to a member of the house staff at the end of the performance.

Parking:

• The BAC parking lot has seven handicapped parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Passengers may be dropped off and picked up at the entrance to the performance hall at any time by drivers circling the parking lot.
