Track Your Financial Aid

Once you have submitted your FAFSA, you can view your account balance and financial aid status and make payments through your myWCU account. The below provides a step-by-step guide to accessing your information on myWCU.

  1. Log into myWCU
  2. Look for the "My Financial Aid Status" section on main page of myWCU
  3. Outstanding requirements will display in this section
  1. Log into myWCU
  2. Look for the "My Financial Aid Status" section on main page of myWCU
  3. Select "View Financial Aid Awards and History"
  4. Choose Aid Year in top right corner
  5. Select the "Award Offer" tab
  6. Review the financial aid offer for any funds that require you to take action
  7. Select Accept/Decline/Modify for each fund requiring action and then select submit
  8. A Terms and Conditions acknowledgement will display for you to accept; after reading and acknowledging the terms and conditions, click accept award
  1. Log into myWCU
  2. Look for the "My Financial Aid Status" section on main page of myWCU
  3. Select "View Financial Aid Awards and History"
  4. Select "Satisfactory Academic Progress" 
  1. Log into myWCU
  2. Select the "$Accounts" link in the "Student Records and Accounts" box on the main page of myWCU to open the payment portal

Release of Student Information

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. Before any WCU administrative office can discuss most specific issues pertaining to a student’s records with third parties, we must have consent from the student. University personnel must be able to verify a student's identity before discussing the student's academic records by telephone.
